Concept Hospitality. India’s hospitality management consultancy firm will be opening 7 hotels by the end of this year, thus expanding its existing portfolio. Out of these, 4 hotels will be under ‘The Fern’, a luxury elite service hotel brand of Concept Hospitality and the remaining 3 will be headed by ‘The Fern Residency’, a four-star brand of the same group. 
Param Kannampilly, Chairman and Managing Director, Concept Hospitality said, “The upcoming properties in New Delhi and Gurgaon will be operational before the Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2010. All the upcoming properties will target corporate clientele. We have applied for green building certification for these properties.”
Concept Hospitality currently operates 15 hotels across the country and all the 7 coming properties will be functional by the end of 2010. The Fern will come up in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, New Delhi and The Fern Residency in Solapur, New Delhi and Gurgaon.
