The much anticipated ‘One & Only The Palm’ in Dubai will finally open its doors in October. The new property developed by Kerzner International, a global resort operator claims to be the only boutique beach resort on the Palm. It will feature 90 guest rooms , 8 private spa suites, 4 beach villas and 3 dining experiences including an over water restaurant, DJ bar and lounge, with direct access for guests on their private yacht .
