The Himachal Pradesh Government has claimed that it would strive to maintain the glory of world famous tourist destination Manali and develop it as international standard tourist destination in the near future. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister,Himachal Pradesh said that the popular hill station seems to be the favorite choice of many travelers.
The state government has launched various initiatives like ‘Home Stay Scheme’, ‘Har Ghar Kuchh Kehta Hai’ and ‘Har Gaon Ki Kahani’ to promote tourism activites and increase tourist arrivals to Himachal Pradesh .
