Malaysia’s AirAsia To Establish Customer Centre For Indian Market

Malaysia’s low-cost airline, AirAsia will be soon setting up a world-class customer centre that will mainly cater to the important guests from the growing Indian market. Sutherland Global Services, a multinational IT-enabled and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that has partnered with the leading carrier will provide these services from its state-of-the-art centre in Chennai. Sutherland Global Services officially launched its services for AirAsia’s guests in India on July 21st.
Once the customer centre is set up, the guests who intend to fly or are flying on AirAsia can contact on the carrier’s flight bookings and other related enquires. Sutherland Global Services is expected to cater to over 100,000 customer interactions per month during the initial phase of the engagement. Indian passengers can contact the centre daily at 1860 500 8000 and fax +91 44 42007794 from 08:00 am to 21:00 pm.
