A new business luxury hotel by Express Inn, a chain of business luxury hotels from Shelar Properties Pvt Ltd, is expected to open in the month of May. The hotel spread over 2.5-acre plot, will have 95 rooms. Though classification of the hotel will be in 3-star, it will offer 4-star services to its customers. By March 2011, the hotel will be getting another 100 rooms from the company.
Express Inn that has already completed the construction of the business hotel will be opening another two new luxury hotels in Shirdi and Nagpur in the next two three years.
