Karnataka’s well renowned beach ‘Kaup Beach’ in Udupi is now providing boating facilities for all the water sports lovers. It has been introduced by a local enterprise called Best Water Sports at a cost of Rs 10 lakh with the due permission from state Tourism department. Banana motor bike, water bike and family boats have been introduced similar to Karwar, Malpe and Goa beaches to enjoy water sports.
It was inaugurated by Kaup MLA Lalaji R Mendon, recently. The boating facility at Kaup beach has been introduced following persistent demands from the tourists. Currently, an expert team of 5 members are engaged in boating.
