In a bid to attract more number of visitors, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) along with Pune-based Offbeat Destinations has launched a special tour titled 'Asa Ha Maharashtra' to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Maharashtra. The special tour that will take place in 2 parts will commence in November, this year starting from Pune. The first part of this special tour will be a 12 nights, 13 days itinerary starting November 11-23 covering major destinations like Raigad, Chikhalgaon, Ganpatiphule, Aravali, Kolhapur, Satara, Ahmednagar and Aurangabad. The second part of the tour will be 11 nights, 12 days itinerary starting November 23-December 4, covering places like Jalgoan, Chikaldhara, Nagpur, Anandvan, Sevagram, Nanded, Latur, and Solapur.
Vijay Chavan, General Manager, MTDC said, “Asa Ha Maharashtra will allow travellers to explore different facets of Maharashtra. The itinerary covers off beat destinations offering heritage, industrial, agricultural, religious experiences in Maharashtra destination.”
To make the offer more exciting, the first 50 passengers will be offered the package at Rs 20,000 per person. Subsequently the tour package will be priced at Rs 23,000 (for 51-150 passengers) and Rs 26,000 (for 151 and more passengers). Offbeat destinations will be conducting these special tours starting from Pune and then exploring other destinations
