The Mizoram government is leaving no stone unturned to explore state‘s tourism potential and in order to woo both the domestic as well as overseas travelers, it has decided to upgrade Mizoram’s tourism facilities.
Some of the tourism projects include setting up of a three or four-star category luxury hotel in the city to increase its tourism potential, a mini –golf course near Aizawl, renovation of all the 8 tourist lodges of the state. A Tourism Development Board has already been set up to boost the tourism industry in the state.
