The Madhya Pradesh government that had recently launched an innovative scheme called ‘Bed and Breakfast scheme’ (B&B) to provide comfortable home stay facilities to both domestic and foreign tourists will soon open 5 new registered home stays in the state. The 5 home stays are: Evelyn’s Own, Panchmari, consisting of 5 rooms; Shivam Resorts, Bhopal, with 2 rooms; Seema’s Home, Bhopal, - 2 rooms; Shraddha Phool, Gwalior – 2 rooms and Shikhar Villa, Sampat Farm, Indore, with 4 rooms.
G S Chahal, chief advisor, Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Department Corporation (MPSTDC) said, “MPSTDC has already issued a booklet containing all the guidelines for home stay owners to get their establishments registered and become operational. The first five home stays are ready to welcome guests soon.”
