Sayaji Hotels, the Indore based group, has opened its first business hotel in Pune. Sayaji Pune is the third property of the group. The first of the group was set up in Vadodara and the second in Indore. Sayaji hotel Pune is housed in a nine-storey building, at an investment of Rs 135 crore.
Sayaji Pune consists of 252 guest rooms with banqueting facilities and Barbeque Nation- the restaurant. The property is spread over five acres on the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway. The hotel offers services like check-in, check-out in the room, complimentary pick-up and drop in an Audi Q7.
Sayaji hotel Pune is spread over 9 floors and has plans to house nine specialty hotels in one building, one on every floor. At present, five specialty floors are operational – for single female travelers (with the entire staff being female), European travelers, health travelers, short-stay travelers (10-15 days) and long-stay travelers (more than 15 days).
