Dubai’s Emirates Airline has launched a pre-paid additional baggage tool on its website; www.emirates.com that enables passengers with additional baggage to avail a 15% discount on standard airport rates when they travel ahead.
To purchase selected amounts of additional baggage, the ticketed customers need to log-in to ‘Manage a Booking’ on emirates.com within 24 hours of departure to buy selected amounts of additional baggage. The purchases once made are not refundable and must be made between 24 hours and 90 minutes prior to flight departure. This purchase is available for departures only from select cities.
