According to the latest issue of the UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) World Tourism Barometer, the international tourist arrivals increased by 7% in the first 4 months of 2010. The international tourist arrivals from January to april were over 258 million.
The 2010 results is expected to further enhance from the gradually improving economic situation, as well as from a number of popular events including the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, the ongoing FIFA Football World Cup in South Africa, the World Exposition in Shanghai and the Commonwealth Games in India(October).
