The Pinnacle Design Studio that had previously launched India’s first themed restaurant, bar and lounge concept, Rainforest Resto-bar in Belapur, Navi Mumbai is now planning to launch its second outlet with the same concept at R City Mall, Ghatkopar, a central suburb in Mumbai. The Resto- bar targeting mainly the youngsters and family segment serves fusion cuisine including Indian, Chinese, Italian cuisine and specializes in sea food delicacies.
Yash Jaiswal, Managing Director, Rainforest Resto-bar stated, “After assessing the restaurant scene in Mumbai and its extended suburbs about two years back, I realised that there was a lack of ‘out of the box’ ideas and themed restaurants creating a different ambience. I then created the concept with the ambience of wilderness around the restaurant and restaurant and rainforest like interiors. We are now taking this concept to cater to the larger clienteles.”
