Guru Tegh Bahadur Memorial, spread over 11.5 acres of land and constructed on GT Road at Singhu Border (Delhi-Haryana Border) will soon be inaugurated and thrown open to all the visitors. The Chief Minister of Delhi, Sheila Dikshit recently inspected the construction work of the memorial. Guru Tegh Bahadur Memorial built by Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC) is built at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore.
Sheila Dikshit said, “The inherent objective while designing this Memorial was to make this landscape a commemorative entity. The memorial of Guru Tegh Bahadur will inspire people in all times to come. Visitors here will get the dual experience of visiting a memorial and a landscape garden”.
