The Jharkhand Tourism in order to attract large number of travelers to its state will be soon opening 10 new resorts near its key water bodies that are claimed to be the best in the world.
“Jharkhand has been blessed with numerous water bodies. Barely a few kilometers from Ranchi, are the attractions of the waterfalls with many of them having historical significance,” said Dipankar Panda, director, Jharkhand Tourism.
The Hundru Falls, Usri Falls and Sadni Falls, Hirni Falls, Dassam falls, Jonha or Gautam Dhara falls and Sita Falls are some of the famous popular water bodies in Jharkhand that are well-known for their scenic beauty. The government that has decided to develop 10 resorts initially will have 8-10 guest rooms each equipped with all of the state-of art facilities.
