India’s leading hospitality company, Lords Hotels and Resorts is all set to expand its footprint by setting up new properties in the near future. The company that has its current properties in key places like Vadodara, Bengaluru, Dahej, Ankleshwar, Surat Rajkot, Rajula and Gandhidham is currently negotiating 4 deals in Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Goa.
Romesh Koul, Director, Lords Hotels and Resorts said, “Since our inception, our main focus has been on the tier-II and tier-III cities. Catering to the mid-market segment, our Surat hotel is the second branded hotel in the area after the Taj Gateway Hotel. In Dahej, we are the only branded hotel till date.”
Lords Eco Inn, Dahej which is one of its most successful ventures of Lords Hotels boasts of 44 rooms and will soon be getting another 40 rooms by the end of September. The property offers fully furnished air-conditioned rooms complete with modern amenities like laundry service, business center, car parking, Doctor on call, health club among others. 
Further, the hotel chain has recently signed a deal to launch a new hotel in Somnath, Gujarat. Targetting the mid-market segment, this hotel would have a little less than 50 rooms.
