Mumbai-based Mirah Hospitality, a Mirah Group venture is all set to expand its F&B (Food & Beverage) segment by investing around Rs 100 crore by 2012-13. The leading hotel chain besides operating hotels under the its  brand name ‘Citrus’  also manages F&B brands which include Rajdhani, Manchester United Café Bar, Falafels, Palette, Nouvelle and Café Mangii.
Gaurav Goenka, Managing Director, Mirah Group said, “With the Indian F&B market projected to reach USD 580 billion by 2013, we see this as the perfect time to expand our local and international F&B formats. With the recent acquisition of Rajdhani, it is expected to undergo a complete brand makeover”.
Apart from expanding each of the existing brands, the Group is also looking forward to add a new brand to its portfolio. Mirah hospitality had launched its first Citrus Hotel in Pimpri-Chinchwad, the second largest industrial hub in Maharashtra. The luxurious 143-room property equipped with world-class facilities has a total of 43 service apartments. Besides hospitality and F&B sector, the group is actively involved in Real estate development, Travel, Wind Energy generation, Computer Education, Textiles, Corporate Gifts and International Trading.
