Indian Hotel Company Ltd (IHCL’s) flagship property in South Mumbai, The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai is all set to open its Palace Wing on 15th August. The Palace Wing that boasts of world-class facilities like a personalized ‘Palace Butler Service’, the Palace Lounge and the Taj Club rooms and suites will offer chauffer driven Jaguar transfers.
The rooms and suites at the Palace Wing after undergoing makeover and restoration will house Taj Club rooms, Luxury Grande rooms and themed Grand Luxury Suites. The average room rates (ARRs) for these rooms is expected to range Rs 22,000/- onwards while the suites are likely to be priced Rs 40,000/- and above. In order to ensure safety of guests, the hotel has also fortified its security measures.
From September, the property will be offering ‘Tata Suites’ a flagship room category that is likely to be rolled out in ‘Taj’ hotels. “As India celebrates its 64th year of independence, we warmly welcome our guests, old and new to the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel,” said Raymond Bickson, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, IHCL.

The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai, a prestigious luxury five star hotel is located in the Colaba region of Mumbai , next to the Gateway of India.
