Asia Pacific’s leading hotel group, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, has unveiled a new global brand campaign entitled “It’s in our nature,” that reflects the group’s unique philosophy of hospitality during the past 4 decades. The new campaign that focuses on the essence of Shangri-La culture ‘embracing people from the heart and treating them like family’ can be viewed at www.shangri-la.com.
“What is truly distinctive about the kind of Asian hospitality that Shangri-La offers is our colleagues’ genuine care and respect for our guests and each other,” said Greg Dogan, president and CEO of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts currently manage 66 hotels and resorts throughout Asia Pacific, North America and Middle East, representing a room inventory of over 28,000. In addition, the group’s new hotels are under development in Australia, Canada, Mainland China, France, India, Macau, Philippines, Qatar, Seychelles, United Kingdom and United States.
