The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) that actively promotes its state as a major tourist attraction has now invited proposals from hoteliers to operate and maintain an 84-room three-star hotel at ‘Balayogi Paryatak Bhawan’, a tourism plaza in Hyderabad. The hotel constructed and partly developed by APTDC will be soon handled and maintained by an experienced private operator. The selected operator will be required to invest in furniture, operate and manage the hotel and the food court on the ground floor for a period of 15 years.
