Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, a joint venture of Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation and Rajasthan Railways, is a new addition to the luxury train bandwagon of India. The seven-night and eight-day tour on Royal Rajasthan, across nine strikingly fascinating cities of India, promises to be a wholesome experience for the travelers. The tariff of the luxury trip basically depends on the month of travel, with the prices being subject to change as well. In case of trips falling during Christmas/New Year, an extra 10% surcharge shall be levied.
Service tax of 3.09% will be charged on the tariff of Royal Rajasthan on Wheels.
15 USD will be levied, in addition to the normal tariff, towards the payment of commercial tax.
For children below five, there will be an extra charge of 10%. In case of kids between 5 and 12 years of age, half fare shall be charged.
During Christmas/New Year times, no charter is allowed.

Booking Policy
In case of FITs
At the time of confirmation, 50% of the ticket value must be given.
The rest of the amount (50%) will be given 60 days prior to departure.
In case of Group
At the time of confirmation, 50% of the ticket value must be given.
The rest amount (50%) will be paid 75 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, a person should send Fax/E-mail/Letter to the concerned authority. Though refund would be made, a certain amount of ticket value would be deducted, as per the conditions given below.
In case of FITs
Up to 60 days before departure - 5% of ticket value will be deducted
45-59 days before departure - 20% of ticket value will be deducted
30-44 days before departure - 50% of ticket value will be deducted
Less than 30 days before departure - 100% of ticket value will be deducted
In case of Group
89 days before departure - 20% of ticket value will be deducted
31-88 days before departure - 50% of ticket value will be deducted
Less than 30 days prior to departure - 100% of ticket value will be deducted
