The first W retreat in South Asia will be opened in the month of September by W Hotels Worldwide. An all-villa beachfront resort set on the north shore of Thailand’s Samui Island, W Koh Samui will give its guests a contemporary lifestyle experience with the signature W world class services.
The Retreat will feature 75 private villas with modern lifestyle services including a private pool, daybeds, outdoor shower, 47-inch plasma screen TV, wine refrigerator, and a signature W bed. The Residences at W Retreat - Koh Samui, will have 17 secluded beachfront villas ranging from three to five bedrooms and from 1,000 to 2,752 sq mts.
The Great Room function area at W Koh Samui will serve as an ideal venue for social gatherings, weddings or business meetings. The resort will also have a Kitchen Table, the Retreat’s signature restaurant; Namu, a modern Japanese restaurant and Sip Lounge. The guests can pamper themselves to the exotic spas and massages offered by the Away spa at the resort. Away Spa will offer the first ‘Thaimazcal’ treatment facility in Asia, which is based on Mexican tribal rituals mixed with local Thai ingredients
