Day 01: Arrival at Chennai
Our representative will pick you at the airport and help you to check
into a hotel. Overnight stay will be in hotel.
Day 02: Chennai - Varanasi
After having breakfast, you will be taken to Varanasi which is a couple
of day's journey. Lunch and dinner will be on train.
Day 03: On Train
This day also will be spent in the train. Breakfast, lunch and dinner
will be on train itself.
Day 04: Arrival at Varanasi
As soon as you reach Varanasi, check into a hotel for overnight stay.
In the evening you will be having an excursion to Sarnath where Lord
Buddha preached his first sermon. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05: Varanasi - Bodhgaya
After having your breakfast, you will be driven to Bodhgaya. Check into
a hotel as soon as you reach Bodhgaya. Then you will be seeing the
various tourist spots of Bodhgaya such as Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree,
Bodhi Sarovar, Chankamana etc. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06: Bodhgaya Sightseeing
Today, you will be further exploring the city of Bodhgaya. The
highlights of the city are the Bodhi Tree, the Mahabodhi Stupa besides
several other monasteries to visit Tibetan Monastery, Thai Monastery,
Myanmar Monastery, Chinese Monastery, Bhutanese Monastery, Japanese
Monastery and Sri Lankan Monastery. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 07: Bodhgaya - Patna
In the morning, you will be driven back to Patna via Rajgir and
Nalanda. There you will be exploring places like The Surya Mandir, the
Nalanda Museum, Ajatashatru's Fort, Venuvana etc. Check into a hotel as
soon as you reach Patna. Overnight stay will be in hotel.
Day 08: Patna - Kushinagar
On this day, you will be driven to Kushinagar via Vaishali. In Vaishali
you will be visiting places like Ashokan Pillar, Buddha Stupa-I, Buddha
Stupa-II, Shanti Stupa. Check into a hotel as soon as you reach Patna.
Overnight stay will be in hotel.
Day 09: Kushinagar - Lumbini
After having your breakfast, you will be driven to Lumbini, Check into
a hotel as soon as you reach Lumbini. Later in the day you will be
exploring the various tourist places of Lumbini such as Ashoka Pillar,
Maya Devi Temple etc. Return to hotel for overnight stay
Day 10: Lumbini - Sravasti
Today, you will be driven to Sravasti. Check into a hotel as soon as
you reach Sravasti. You will also be visiting various tourist spots such
as Anand Bodhi tree, ruins of the Jetavana monastery, age-old stupas
etc. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11: Sravasti - Lucknow
Breakfast will be followed by the drive to Lucknow. Check into a hotel
on reaching Lucknow. Later on the day you will be exploring the various
tourist spots of Lucknow such as Rumi Darwaza, Bada Imambara, Clock
Tower etc. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 12: Lucknow - Agra
In the morning, you will be driven to Agra via Sankasya. Check into a
hotel on reaching Agra. Then you will be visiting the various tourist
spots of Agra such as the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri etc.
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 13: Agra - Delhi
On this day, you will be driven back to Delhi. As soon as you reach
Delhi, check into a hotel. Later in the day you can explore the various
places in Delhi such as Red Fort, Lotus Temple, India Gate etc. Return
to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 14: Departure from Delhi
After having breakfast, you will be further exploring Delhi visiting
places like Jama Masjid, Akshardham temple, Rastrapati Bhawan, Chandni
Chowk, Qutub Minar etc. By late evening, you will proceed towards the
airport, to catch a flight to your onward destination.
