Bangalore, the capital city of Karnataka, is
well-known for its bracing climate. So much so that the city has come to
be known as the 'Air-conditioned City' for moderate temperatures
throughout the year.
Summer
During summers temperatures hover in the range of 28C-30C. The weather
in Bangalore never becomes too hot during the summer season and with the
advent of monsoon, rainfall brings down temperatures.
Winter
As winter sets in, temperatures take a substantial dip and there is nip
in the air. Minimum temperature can go down to a low of 8C.
Clothing
Cotton apparels in light fabrics should be taken for as summer trip. If
a winter visit is on the cards, bring along woolens and jackets to beat
the chill.
