Kolkata, the capital city of West Bengal, is one of the most popular tourist destinations in India. People not only from India, but also from other foreign countries come to visit this city of joy. The best time to visit Calcutta is between September-February, when the humidity has subdued, with the arrival of pleasant winter and the city is adorned with the colors of celebrations. Coming to Kolkata from any other part of the world is also not a problem at all as the city is well linked by road, railways and air-network with regular connectivity.
