Great journey if a bit fast sometimes. Driver very competent and courteous if somewhat risky in his driving. The barge trip on the backwater was superb thanks to the crew and especially the chef. We thought the actual time travelling was shortened by late afternoon parking up and slow departure in the morning and it was more important for the crew to get home at night rather have a remote stop over place. Our trip is still fresh in our minds as we are frequently asked in each of our home countries (Belgium and the USA) to see photos and give details of our tours.

This feedback is on behalf of my wife and myself. It was our third visit to India. For the rest of the group it was their first visit.
We are very satisfied that all arrivals and departures were on time. So were also the drivers, transfers and guides.
The drivers were all very good, the driver from Kochi to Kovalam was excellent
The guide in Agra was excellent, he even invited us to a cup of tea in his private home. This we appreciated very much.

Thanks for organising our trip. We certainly had a great time. Everyone was organised with no issue at all. Hotels were fabulous. I especially enjoyed the Grand Nirvana Houseboating experience. All transfers, hotels and staff were excellent. My only recommendation was that travellers should avoid the drive from Cochin to Munnar at night time as the roads are very dangerous (blind corners and a very long drive). I am very happy with my trip.The only hotel which was very disappointing was SN international in Periyar: very old bathroom, shower with only a little water, toilet flush very noisy...
The driver: difficult for me to understand his English, but very kind.
